Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Executive in our Gifting Segment, located in the Pune District. As a Sales Executive, you will drive sales by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales leads, and promoting product offerings. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, handling inquiries, negotiating deals, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our diverse product range. You will also collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative strategies to enhance market reach and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing deals
- Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills for building long-term client relationships
- Marketing and Branding skills to promote products and create tailored sales strategies
- Time Management and Organization skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in LinkedIn.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Experience in the gifting or stationery industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
