📍 Location: Mithapur, Patna
💼 Role: Telecalling / Sales Executive
🔹 About the Role:
As a Telecalling / Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential travelers. Your role will be crucial in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for customers. This is not just a calling job — it’s a mix of sales, relationship management, and real travel exposure.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
• Clearly explain tour packages, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel options
• Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversions
• Maintain and update lead data (status, responses, follow-ups, conversions)
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth booking and trip execution
• Occasionally lead or assist in managing group trips and ensure a great on-ground experience
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills (Hindi is a must, basic English preferred)
• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
• Organized and disciplined with follow-ups and data management
• Interest in travel, tourism, and customer interaction
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome
