Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at our Pune division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for presenting and promoting TechnoBridge courses, identifying and engaging potential customers, establishing relationships with students and professionals, and assisting them in choosing suitable training programs. The role also includes following up on leads, achieving sales targets, and reporting sales activities to the management team.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and an ability to build relationships with prospective clients.
- Sales and Marketing Fundamentals: Understanding of sales techniques, ability to identify leads, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Customer Service: A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills to address student queries and concerns effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Adaptability: Readiness to contribute in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in tools: Basic knowledge of CRM software and ability to maintain records of sales calls and progress tracking.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
