We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented
Sales Executive to join our team in
Thane / Navi Mumbai. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in B2B engineering sales. Comprehensive product training will be provided.
POSITION : SALES EXECUTIE( FRESHER CAN ALSO APPLY)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Any graduate stream).
Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!)
Skills Required: Sales, Cold Calling, CRM management, B2B Sales, and strong verbal communication.
Location: Thane
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (₹1,00,000 - ₹2,50,000 Annual).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential B2B clients through market research, cold calling, and field visits.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships with contractors and industrial buyers to understand their power equipment needs.
- Sales Presentations: Learn product specifications to effectively present our transformers and switchgear solutions.
- Negotiation & Closure: Prepare commercial quotations, handle customer inquiries, and close sales deals to meet targets.
- CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions.
