We’re Hiring: Sales Executive (Fresher) – Industrial Sector
We are looking to hire a high-energy fresher to join our sales team at Masturlal Fabrichem.
This is not a passive role. You will be on the front lines of business development, working directly on expanding our customer base across industries.
What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to end-user industrial clients (cement, steel, power, etc.)
- Handle email outreach, follow-ups, and basic client coordination
- Support senior sales team with lead generation and pipeline building
- Maintain structured communication and reporting
Requirements:
- Fresher (0–1 year experience)
- Fluent English (mandatory) – strong written communication is critical
- Confident, proactive, and willing to pick up the phone / send emails daily
- Open to travel and field visits
- Basic understanding of business/sales is a plus
Compensation:
- ₹20,000/month (CTC)
