Responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting freight forwarding services (Sea & Air).
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads via:
- Cold calls
- Field visits
- References
- Meet exporters/importers
- Understand customer requirements
- Coordinate with pricing team for quotations
- Close deals and onboard clients
- Maintain relationship with existing clients
🔹 Requirements
- Basic knowledge of logistics
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
