Role Description
This is a full-time, commission-based remote role for a Sales Executive supporting the USA process. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and effectively managing the sales pipeline. This includes conducting client outreach, delivering compelling pitches, negotiating contracts, and closing new business opportunities. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with Castonica Digital’s services.
Qualifications
- Sales and Communication Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, deliver persuasive pitches, and close sales effectively. Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as lead generation, paid ads, branding, and digital transformation strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, manage relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales trends and client needs to provide innovative, customized solutions.
- Self-Management: Ability to work independently in a remote setup while meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM Platforms: Experience with tools like Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with industries like EdTech, Real Estate, SaaS, and IT services is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
