Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our sales strategy. You will lead our sales campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels (field visits, calls, emails, networking,).
- Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Web Development, and Branding solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Understand client needs and give tailored proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and reports in CRM.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales (experience in digital marketing sales preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, PPC, etc.) is an advantage.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.
