Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive for our finance vertical to join our on-site team in Patna. In this full-time role, the Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting tailored financial solutions, and building long-term relationships to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, collaborating with internal teams, and staying informed about the financial market and products to provide valuable insights to clients. The role demands a proactive approach, exceptional client engagement, and a focus on contributing to the company's mission of improving financial accessibility.
Job Description:
- Compensation - Fixed 15,000 + performance based incentive up to 50,000.
- Job Location - Patna
- Job Type - Full-time
- Preferred Candidate - 1-3 years of experience in sales in finance.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Finance, Financial products like Loans, Insurance and Investments, and Financial Services
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Solid Sales experience with a results-driven approach to achieving targets
- Ability to understand and navigate the financial market for providing appropriate solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and partner's portals
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Previous experience in a similar role in the financial services industry is a plus
