Kitoy Creations is a fast-growing Indian toy manufacturing company focused on creating innovative, educational, and high-quality toys for children. We work with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners across India and are expanding rapidly into new markets.
We are looking for energetic, travel-friendly, and result-oriented Sales Executives who can represent our brand across different states and cities in India.
Job Role:
The selected candidate will travel across India to meet wholesalers, distributors, toy dealers, and retail partners to generate orders, build long-term relationships, and expand the company’s market presence.
Responsibilities:
* Travel to different cities and states across India
* Visit wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and dealers
* Generate new business opportunities and increase sales
* Take product orders and follow up on payments
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Represent the company professionally in meetings and exhibitions
* Conduct product presentations and explain product features
* Identify new markets and potential distributors
* Share market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights with management
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to travel extensively across India
* Experience in sales, marketing, or field sales preferred
* Experience in toy industry / FMCG / consumer products will be an advantage
* Ability to build dealer and distributor networks
* Good negotiation and convincing skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven personality
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and digital communication
* Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of multiple regional languages will be a major advantage
* Hindi and English communication required
* Ability to work independently
* Strong networking abilities
* Positive attitude and professional behavior
* Problem-solving and relationship management skills
