Role Description
We are looking for energetic and self-driven Sales Executives to help us expand Hissab AI’s presence across Mumbai. This is a field-focused role where you will directly interact with business owners, create awareness, and generate leads.
Location: Mumbai (Field + Remote)
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses (retail shops, service providers, small enterprises) to introduce Hissab AI
- Identify and connect with our Ideal Customer Profile (small business owners dealing with customer payments and follow-ups)
- Demonstrate the product and explain benefits in a simple, relatable way
- Generate and qualify leads for conversion
- Build relationships with prospects and maintain a follow-up pipeline
- Provide daily updates via standup calls and plan next-day activities
- Share on-ground insights and feedback to improve product and sales strategy
👤 Ideal Candidate
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales/marketing
- Strong communication skills (Hindi/English; local language is a plus)
- Comfortable with field work and meeting new people daily
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
- Passion for startups, sales, and learning
