Job Objective:
Drive merchant acquisition, deploy EDC (Swipe) machines, and manage relationships to boost digital payment adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard new merchants & sell EDC/POS machines
• Install & activate devices, train merchants
• Handle servicing, repairs & issue resolution
• Manage merchant portfolio & increase transactions
• Build strong relationships & promote offerings
• Achieve sales & activation targets
Eligibility:
• Minimum 12th Pass
• Android smartphone & valid driving license required
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Willing to travel locally
KPIs:
• EDC installations & activation rate
• Merchant transactions & reactivations
• Merchant satisfaction
