Role Description
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building lasting customer relationships. This full-time, on-site position is based in Chandigarh, India. The responsibilities include identifying potential customers, reaching out to leads, providing product information, managing customer queries, negotiating deals, and ensuring exceptional customer service that aligns with the brand’s values.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing sales
- Customer Relationship Management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in providing detailed product information and handling customer queries effectively
- Ability to meet targets and work in a goal-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the retail or home decor sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
