Job Title: Sales Executive (Feet-on-Street model)
Location: Gurugram/ Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales | Fixed + Variable Pay Model
Experience Required: At least 2-3 years of on-field sales job, English proficiency required
Industry: Preferably Education Sales/ EdTech Sales / Any other industry
Key Responsibilities:
· Visit education counsellors, large coaching centres to talk to them about GRMI’s education programme
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with education counsellors, large coaching centres to drive student admissions.
· Generate leads from education counsellors, large coaching centres and follow up rigorously for conversions.
· Provide daily field reports to the supervisor
· Meet weekly/monthly student enrolment targets
Key Requirements:
· Graduate; however, MBA/PG is preferred but not mandatory.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong persuasive skills
· Self-driven and willing to travel extensively within the city/region.
· Prior experience in field sales
· Having a two-wheeler and a smartphone is preferred.
Compensation:
· Base Salary: INR 6-9 lacs depending on the candidate
- · Allowance for official purpose travel shall be reimbursed separately over and above the compensation.
