Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive stall sales for exhibitions and trade shows. The role involves identifying potential exhibitors, pitching exhibition opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into confirmed stall bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for potential exhibitors through online research, databases, and networking.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp outreach to pitch exhibition stall opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new exhibitors.
- Present exhibition concepts, benefits, and participation packages to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly stall sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for exhibitor onboarding and documentation.
- Follow up with prospects until deal closure.
- Attend industry events or exhibitions when required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, media, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to research and fetch data using online tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, etc.).
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in stall space sales or event sponsorship sales.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Strong networking skills.
