Key Responsibilities
1. Exhibitor Sales
• Reach out to potential exhibitors via calls and WhatsApp
• Pitch BVM offerings and close stall bookings
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and drive conversions
• Guide exhibitors in selecting the right stall/location
• Maintain consistent and strong follow-ups until closure
2. Lead Management & Conversion
• Engage both inbound and outbound leads across platforms
• Respond to enquiries from:
Exhibitors
Visitors
Business Delegates
Speakers
• Qualify leads and move them through the conversion funnel
3. WhatsApp & Social Selling
• Actively engage and nurture leads via WhatsApp
• Share brochures, pricing, layouts, and event details
• Build long-term relationships with potential clients
• Follow structured communication scripts while personalizing interactions
4. CRM & Tracking
• Update lead status, conversations, and progress on a daily basis
• Track follow-ups and manage the conversion pipeline efficiently
• Collaborate closely with the operations team for smooth execution
