This is the shot.
Groar is hiring a Sales Executive, and freshers are very welcome.
You'll be working full-time with one of our clients, a company that helps students, nurses and doctors build their careers in Europe. They are Medical resource consulting company, HQ in Europe. Every closure you make literally changes where someone's life goes next. Not a bad reason to pick up the phone.
What your days look like
- Leads come in from social media and marketing. You find the serious ones.
- You line them up with the counsellor and sit in on the conversation.
- You follow up until it's a yes.
- You find nurses and doctors who want a career abroad and have the team qualify them.
- You team up with marketing to work out where the best leads are hiding, and how to get more of them.
You're our person if
- You're a fresher or have up to 1 year in sales
- You speak fluent English and Hindi (this one is a must)
- You can sell, or you're hungry to learn how
- You think outside the box and don't wait to be told what to try next
- You're happy to travel to the client's HQ in Noida when needed
