Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive for our Edtech/Art Education segment in a full-time hybrid role based in Karur, Tamil Nadu, with partial work-from-home flexibility. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective learners and parents, showcasing program offerings, and achieving enrollment targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with prospective students and other stakeholders, conducting follow-ups, managing leads, and supporting marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer support to address inquiries and promote Pramok Institute’s value offerings effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales and lead management experience, preferably in education or Edtech
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting systems
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with art education or a passion for creative industries is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in Tamil and English is highly desirable
