Job Summary
Digital MagniTy is looking for a Sales Executive with prior experience in a digital marketing company to help expand our client base in Hyderabad.
This role combines business development, inside sales, and field sales activities. The ideal candidate will research potential prospects, generate leads, and conduct in-person meetings with businesses to present Digital MagniTy’s digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients who can benefit from digital marketing services
- Generate leads through online research, cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients across Hyderabad
- Understand client marketing requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
- Work with internal team to prepare customized proposals and strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency/company (mandatory)
- Good to have understanding of SEO, PPC advertising, and social media marketing services
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client meetings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to conduct client visits and field meetings in Hyderabad
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales for marketing services
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Compensation
- ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (based on experience)
- Performance-based incentives and commissions
