Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Executive cum Customer Relationship Manager who will be responsible for driving new business growth and building strong, long-term relationships with clients in the automobile ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for technology and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Business Development
• Identify and engage prospective B2B clients (dealerships, auto workshops, fleet operators, etc.) for our SaaS offerings.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Present product demos, communicate value propositions, and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting.
🤝 Customer Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-onboarding.
• Build trust and long-term relationships by actively understanding client needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer usage, collect feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up on support requests promptly.
• Help reduce churn and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.
📊 CRM & Reporting
• Use CRM tools effectively to manage leads, document interactions, and track client engagement.
• Generate insights and recommend improvements based on customer data and feedback.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 1–4 years’ experience in sales, SaaS, customer success, or CRM (automobile experience is a strong plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language skills preferred.
• Energetic self-starter with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Comfortable with client visits and occasional travel within the region.
