Job Description
Business / Sales strategies
- Facilitate achieving the annual sales target and ensure a generative, sustained, consistent and predictable growth.
- To explore ways to improve brand visibility and awareness among the target audience.
- To identify growth opportunities to expand business and increase market share.
Operation management
- Generating business from each URC
- Ensure Secondary sales
- Monitoring the sales promoters daily
- Ensure implementation of Shop N Shop and Branding in URC
- Ensuring proper visibility of products and visual Merchandising guidelines
- Competition mapping and activity
- Monitoring the Service representative for fast and efficient service after sales
- Stock correction at the URC level to ensure nil dead and Dino Stock.
- Generating sufficient orders from CSD depot
- Ensuring Dispatches of goods from CFA to CSD depot.
- Ensuring smooth completion of market survey for introduction of new items, one-to-one replacement /price Increase.
Employee Motivation
- Training and motivating sales promoter.
Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience Requirements
- Hands-on with 2-3 years of working experience in similar capacity .
- 6-8 years of working experience in CSD Sales Function
- Excellent market connection and in depth understanding of local consumer market;
- Ability to handle a team of front end staff.
- Has preferably experience with multi-brands, premium brands or other quality fashion related products.
Solid experience in MNCs is a significant plus.
Mobility/Travel
Extensive travel across the assigned region.
Computer Skills
Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Language
Excellent spoken and written English, Hindi and Local Language
