🔹 Role Overview
A professional in a sales communication agency is responsible for creating and executing communication strategies that directly support sales goals—helping brands convert prospects into customers through effective messaging, content, and campaigns.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales-focused communication strategies (B2B / B2C)
- Create impactful sales materials, such as:
- Pitch decks
- Sales presentations
- Emailers & WhatsApp campaigns
- Brochures and product sheets
- Align messaging with brand positioning and sales objectives
- Work closely with sales teams and marketing teams
- Understand customer journeys and optimize communication at each stage
- Manage multiple client accounts and deliverables
🔹 Campaign & Content Work
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns
- Write or supervise conversion-driven content
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
🔹 Client & Account Management
- Act as a point of contact for clients
- Understand client business, products, and target audience
- Present ideas, strategies, and reports
- Handle feedback, revisions, and timelines
🔹 Analytics & Optimization
- Track campaign performance (leads, conversions, engagement)
- Optimize communication based on data insights
- A/B test messaging and formats
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Understanding of sales funnels and buyer psychology
- Presentation and storytelling ability
- Client servicing and stakeholder management
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (email, social, ads)
