Hiring: Software Sales Executive (Commission-Based)
SSB Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our software solutions across schools, retail businesses, and other sectors. This role is ideal for individuals who can independently manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements
- Present and demonstrate software solutions effectively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and close deals
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Candidate Requirements- Minimum 1 year of experience in software, ERP, or IT sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling face-to-face client interactions
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and close deals independently
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Educational Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
