Role Description
The Sales Executive - Chemicals role at NAFA Capital Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and generating leads in the chemical industry. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive must also collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on industry trends, and actively expand NAFA's footprint in the chemical sector.
Qualifications
- Proven sales expertise, account management skills, and the ability to acquire and maintain client relationships in the chemical industry.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Industry knowledge and the ability to identify market trends, potential clients, and business opportunities in the chemical sector.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to prepare detailed proposals and meet set sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and target-oriented environment while meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role or industry is highly desirable.
