Communicate with IT students and professionals to understand their technical background and career goals Explain programs and processes clearly Handle objections and guide candidates toward informed decisions Maintain follow-ups, CRM updates, and coordination with internal teams Required Skills Knowledge Basic to intermediate understanding of IT concepts and roles Ability to understand IT resumes and career paths Strong English communication skills Confidence in phone and video conversations Training Growth Selected candidates will receive structured training in IT career advisory, sales communication, objection handling, and international hiring processes.
