Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Vadodara for a Sales Executive (Business Loan Open Market - BHARUCH/Ankleshwar). The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business loan clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth within the designated open markets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, meeting sales targets, handling client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves supporting clients in documentation, addressing their financial needs, and acting as a liaison between the company and its clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development to effectively identify and close new opportunities
- Strong Account Management and Customer Service abilities to nurture client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and collaborate with internal teams
- Ability to analyze market trends and devise strategies to meet sales targets
- Educational background in Business, Finance, or related fields is preferred
- Prior experience in the financial services sector or business loan products is advantageous
- Self-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving goals in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the local market of BHARUCH/Ankleshwar will be an added advantage
