Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive. The position involves identifying and pursuing new sales leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and preparing presentations tailored to customer needs. The role also includes market research, negotiation, preparing contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities
- Experience in developing client relationships and delivering tailored presentations
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and effective decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members collaboratively
- Prior experience in textiles, uniform manufacturing, or B2B sales is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
