Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales / Business Development Executive to promote and
sell regulatory consulting services related to:
● Medical Devices
● Pharmaceuticals
● Cosmetics
● BIS & Legal Metrology
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client
relationships, and driving revenue growth in regulatory approvals, licensing, and
compliance services. This is an excellent opportunity for pharma graduates who want to
build a career in regulatory consulting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales of Regulatory Services
● Promote consulting services related to:
- Drug manufacturing & wholesale licenses
- Cosmetic registration & compliance
- Medical device registration & licensing
- Import licenses & post-approval changes
- Regulatory documentation & audit readiness
● Explain regulatory processes under:
- Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO)
- State FDA authorities
- ISO & international compliance frameworks
2. Client Meetings & Proposal Coordination
● Understand client regulatory requirements.
● Coordinate with internal regulatory teams for proposal preparation.
● Present service offerings and close deals.
● Negotiate commercial terms professionally.
3. Target & Revenue Management
● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
● Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates.
● Ensure timely follow-ups and payment collection coordination.
4. Relationship Management
● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
● Cross-sell additional regulatory services.
● Ensure a smooth handover to the regulatory execution team.
Required Skills
● Strong communication (English & Hindi) & convincing skills.
● Good understanding of the pharma / device industry.
● Target-oriented and self-driven attitude.
● Ability to handle client objections professionally.
● Basic knowledge of the regulatory environment is an advantage.
