Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented B2C Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments, counseling prospective students, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
* Counsel prospective students regarding language courses and training programs.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
* Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Minimum **2+ years of experience** in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, Academic Counseling, or EdTech Sales.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong sales acumen and target-oriented approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
