Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Lead to generate new business for our BPO services. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in BPO services (voice, non-voice, back-office).
- Prospect clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable outsourcing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 0-10 years of experience in BPO/ITES sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- 0-10years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
