Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Sales team, focusing exclusively on Bitrix24 CRM solutions. In this full-time and WFO role, the Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, demonstrating the capabilities of Bitrix24 solutions, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored CRM solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills in a B2B setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Bitrix24, and an understanding of their customization capabilities
- Experience in lead generation, client prospecting, and pipeline management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including remote communication tools
- Knowledge of digital ecosystems, system integrations, and business automation processes
- Proficiency in using collaborative software and tools for remote work
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in technology sales, software solutions, or CRM platforms is highly desirable
