Key Responsibilities✔️ Handle and engage with company-provided leads
✔️ Connect with prospects via calls, emails & meetings
✔️ Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
✔️ Deliver impactful sales presentations & proposals
✔️ Negotiate effectively and close deals confidently
✔️ Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
✔️ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
✔️ Track performance metrics and improve conversion rates
✔️ Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proven experience in sales/business development
- Basic to good English communication
- Excellent negotiation & persuasion abilities
- Target-driven, self-motivated & proactive mindset
- Knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office
What We Offer
- ₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000/month (Fixed + Incentives)
- Up to 30% Incentives
- Salary Hike Every 4 Months
- Multiple Increments in a Year
- Average performers earn ₹40K – ₹60K/month
