Position Summary:
Dynamic Prestress (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Back Office – Sales Executive for its Mumbai office, located in Andheri East. As a Back Office Executive, you will handle daily administrative tasks to support the sales and operations teams efficiently.

Job Functions:Office Administration and Sales Support
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Purchase Order Management:
- Prepare quotations and process sales and purchase orders internally, including offer preparation.
- Follow up with clients for purchase orders and work orders.
Material Dispatch Coordination:
- Prepare and verify Material Dispatch Instructions, forwarding them to the factory, and track dispatch status until receipt at the client’s location.
- Coordinate daily with the production team to align on dispatch schedules.
Client Communication and Follow-up:
- Maintain effective communication with clients to update them on material readiness and resolve queries.
- Send Proforma Invoices for advance payments and follow up for payment collection, including PDC, LC, and BG payments.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare weekly pending dispatch reports and update sales orders in SAP.
- Generate sales reports by salesperson and maintain forecasting reports based on quotations.
- Develop and maintain a filing system for all active sales files in both digital and hard copy formats.
Administrative Support:
- Ensure sales materials are updated and assist in boosting sales effectiveness.
- Handle vendor registration processes.
- Review work orders for accuracy, including terms and conditions.
