Turn leads into loyal customers and partners while crafting memorable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:-
- B2C Sales Responsibilities
• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
• Understand customer needs and design tailored holiday packages (domestic & international)
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and follow-ups to close deals swiftly
• Smash monthly/quarterly sales targets with smart upselling
• Build post-sales relationships for repeats and referrals
- B2B Sales Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and manage travel agent partners
• Grow long-term partnerships and boost agent productivity
• Coordinate with ops for seamless service delivery
• Network at trade shows, events, and sales visits
- General Sales & Coordination
• Track leads, conversions, and revenue accurately
• Collaborate with ops, accounts, and vendors
• Upsell/cross-sell services like visas, MICE, and add-ons
• Resolve escalations professionally for top satisfaction
🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
• Target-driven & customer-focused
• 1-2 yrs sales (freshers with strong aptitude welcome)
• Travel knowledge is a plus
