We are hiring a result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales for the SaaS product across US and international markets. The role carries full-cycle ownership of the sales process - prospecting, product demonstrations, closing, and customer onboarding. You will sell directly to US-based SDR managers, B2B sales leaders, founders, and consultants.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new B2B prospects through outbound channels - email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct online product demonstrations tailored to the prospect's business needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact through subscription closure.
- Onboard new customers and ensure a successful first month with the product.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the Chennai product team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with full-cycle responsibility (not SDR-only).
- Demonstrated track record of selling to US or EU buyers applications without this experience will not be considered.
- At least 12 months of consistent quota attainment in your most recent role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and outbound prospecting tools.
- Native-quality verbal and written English; clear and professional on US video calls.
- Willingness to commit to US-shift hours (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
