Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B Project Sales

Location: Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for B2B Project Sales to drive business growth in the electrical segment. The candidate will be responsible for handling project sales, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets for Goldmedal products including wires, switches, LED lighting, fans, and other electrical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate business through B2B project sales (Builders, Contractors, Consultants, Govt. Projects, etc.)
- Identify and develop new clients in construction, infrastructure, and institutional segments
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle product approvals, specifications, and vendor registrations
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth execution of orders
- Track project pipelines and ensure timely closures
- Conduct site visits and meetings with key decision-makers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Key Requirements:- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B project sales (Electrical/Lighting/FMCG/Building materials preferred)
- Strong network with builders, contractors, and consultants
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel extensively
referred Skills:- Knowledge of electrical products (switches, wires, LED lighting, fans, etc.)
- Experience in handling government or institutional projects
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills
