Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kozhikode, offering some flexibility for remote work. As a Sales Executive (B2B) in the Handicrafts & Spices division, you will identify and target potential B2B clients, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and promote our eco-friendly product range. Key responsibilities include generating leads, preparing and delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve targets in a B2B environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly products, preferably in handicrafts or spice industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and working with CRM tools.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the export market or knowledge of international trade is an added advantage.
