Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Executive - B2B & Field. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key day-to-day responsibilities include conducting field visits, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional post-sale support to clients. The role will focus on creating opportunities for growth within the B2B sector while ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including client engagement, prospecting, and building long-term relationships.
- Field Visits 5-6 to corporate clients.
- Negotiation and presentation skills for closing deals and delivering impactful sales pitches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competition, and the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or related industries is an advantage.
