House Sparrow Films is a creative video production studio that transforms complex learning into engaging, scalable video experiences. We specialise in training videos, MOOCs, onboarding content, explainers, and corporate learning assets for businesses, universities, NGOs, and content creators.
We've partnered with leading names like Rapido, ISB Hyderabad, IIM Bangalore, and 200+ global organisations. Now, we're scaling fast and we're looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our client base and generate revenue.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive at House Sparrow Films, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will own the complete sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and reaching out to prospects all the way to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
This is a revenue-generating role. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients across corporate, EdTech, L&D, and e-learning sectors
- Use LinkedIn, cold email, and cold calling to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Research target companies and decision-makers before outreach to personalise every conversation
- Sales & Closures
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal
- Pitch House Sparrow Films' services clearly and confidently to decision-makers
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines in alignment with the founder
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and closure targets
- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Follow up consistently with warm leads and past clients
- Reporting & Operations
- Share weekly updates with the founder on pipeline, closures, and challenges
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of closures and consistent revenue generation
- Comfortable sharing incentives earned and monthly revenue numbers from previous roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Self-motivated with a strong target-driven mindset
- Ability to independently manage a pipeline without constant supervision
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience selling to EdTech, corporate L&D, or media and creative services companies
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
- Basic understanding of video production or content creation services
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
