Role Overview
- Identify and acquire new UK-based clients for Zithas IT services.
- Build strong relationships with UK businesses.
- Pitch software development, web development, app development, and IT consulting services.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Work from Vadodara office with UK market focus.
- Work hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify target companies in the UK needing IT services.
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Research and list potential clients.
- Qualify prospects and understand their business needs.
- Align client requirements with Zithas service offerings.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Pitch IT services to UK businesses.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process from first contact to deal closure.
- Prepare and send proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with UK clients.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with UK clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Gather client requirements and coordinate with the Zithas delivery team.
- Ensure client satisfaction after deal closure.
- Follow up post-sale for smooth project execution.
Strategy & Reporting
- Develop outreach strategies for the UK market.
- Track all sales activities in CRM software.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
- Prepare weekly sales reports for management.
- Conduct market research on UK IT trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in IT services sales is preferred.
- Experience targeting international markets (especially UK) is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to communicate professionally with UK clients.
Sales Skills
- Lead generation experience.
- Cold calling confidence.
- Negotiation and objection handling.
- Deal closing ability.
