🔹 About the Role
Ziearah Group is looking for a motivated and result-oriented *Sales Executive* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, building relationships, and converting leads into successful enrollments. This role is best suited for someone who is confident in communication and passionate about helping students choose the right educational programs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from students and clients
• Provide accurate information about courses, services, and offerings
• Follow up with potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Convert leads into enrollments by effective communication
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM / Google Sheets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team goals
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales / education / customer support
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
