Role Overview:
You will handle student inquiries, build relationships, and convert leads into successful enrollments. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication and guiding students in choosing the right educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound student inquiries
• Provide accurate course information
• Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Convert leads into enrollments
• Maintain data in CRM / Google Sheets
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Achieve sales targets
Eligibility:
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Education / Customer Support
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
