Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
The Sales Executive will engage with customers in-store, understand their style preferences, and recommend suitable products that align with ZECODE’s brand and collections.
This role includes managing the sales process, handling customer queries, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily store operations such as inventory checks and billing.
The Sales Executive will work closely with the store and regional teams.
The position requires consistent on-site presence, a strong customer focus, and enthusiasm for fashion and trends.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized style recommendations.
- Sales and retail operations skills, including basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory handling, and achieving sales targets.
- Communication skills, with clear spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages in Hyderabad is an advantage.
- Interest in fashion, trends, and styling, with the ability to understand brand identity and reflect it in customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment, including weekends and peak business hours.
- Basic numerical and organizational skills to manage billing, discounts, and daily sales reports accurately.
- Prior experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred but not mandatory; entry-level candidates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or 10th or 12th std
