Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Executive located in Coimbatore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets by identifying and building relationships with customers, promoting and selling the bank's financial and banking products, and handling customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, cross-selling products, preparing reports on sales performance, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role also requires compliance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure seamless and secure banking transactions.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship skills, with experience in promoting and cross-selling financial products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Knowledge of banking products, market trends, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, data handling, and preparing sales performance reports
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and achieve sales targets
- Prior experience in sales or a financial institution is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
