Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Relationship Manager to drive our B2B2C channel management efforts in Ahmedabad. The role demands engagement with financial distributors and Ultra HNI/HNI clients, leveraging the company's lead pipeline to drive conversions and channel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow relationships with channel partners and key clients in assigned regions.
• Responsible for cold calling leads and generating business opportunities for LAMF.
• Conduct field visits within Ahmedabad (travel allowance will be provided).
• Identify and onboard new partners to expand the sales network.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular meetings, training, and presentations to ensure partners are aligned with the company’s products and objectives.
• Track sales performance, provide regular reports, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
• Travel to different locations as required for partner engagement and business development.
• Manage and expand relationships with financial distributors and wealth partners.
• Work on qualified leads provided by the company and drive closures.
• Maintain high-touch communication with Ultra HNI and HNI clients.
• Ensure end-to-end relationship management and partner satisfaction.
• Meet sales targets through effective channel collaboration.
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Channel Partner Management, Sales, or Business Development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Broking, Housing Finance, or BFSI sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage HNI/UHNI relationships and financial intermediaries.
• Knowledge of financial products, preferably mutual funds or lending solutions.
• Must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to work full-time on-site.
