Xipper is a travel-tech platform focused on simplifying hotel operations with digital check-in/check-out solutions, while also helping properties maximize revenue through smart distribution and revenue management services.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive who can manage the entire sales cycle—from handling leads and follow-ups to onboarding clients and providing ongoing support.
This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality, enjoys speaking with clients, and can convert conversations into business.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Calling
- Call and qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Understand hotel/client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Maintain a structured follow-up process to convert leads into customers
2. Sales Conversion
- Sell Xipper’s software solutions and revenue management services
- Demonstrate product value and ROI to hotel partners
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
3. Client Relationship & Support
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients
- Provide ongoing support and resolve basic queries/issues
- Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of the platform
4. Revenue Growth
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services (ads, distribution, revenue services)
- Build long-term relationships to maximize client lifetime value
5. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions
- Track daily/weekly sales activities and performance metrics
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales / tele-sales / SaaS / hospitality sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (English + Hindi is mandatory; Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam will be preferred)
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Comfortable with field visit to hotels for demo
- Basic understanding of hotels, OTAs, or travel industry is preferred
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
