XeroDebt is expanding in Agra. We are looking for aggressive, high-energy sales professionals who view "targets" as a challenge, not a burden. 💼 What We Need:
Experience: 1+ Year of hardcore, high-pressure sales (FinTech, Banking, or Insurance preferred).
The Closer Mindset: You manage the entire funnel from lead to closing. You don't make excuses; you make sales.
Consultative Approach: You can handle the stress of high-stakes financial negotiation and remain firm on the value of our solutions.
Location: Based in Agra.
💰 Compensation & Growth
Base: Up to ₹25,000 Fixed.
Incentives: Uncapped high-growth slabs. If you close, you earn.
