Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in luxury furniture or interiors. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of premium customer service, and the ability to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales to achieve a minimum target of ₹25 Lakhs per month for the first three months.
• Actively engage with walk-in customers, interior designers, and architects to showcase our products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions, ensuring a consultative sales approach.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales service.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide insights for growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM with client interactions and progress.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales within luxury furniture, interiors, or related premium lifestyle industry.
• Strong ability to close high-value deals and achieve consistent monthly sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Established network with HNIs, architects, and interior designers is highly desirable.
• Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.
