Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kozhikode. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective clients, understand their financial needs, and present appropriate products and services offered by WiseWay Financial Services. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and meeting or exceeding defined sales targets. The Sales Executive is expected to represent the company professionally, provide clear information to clients, and support WiseWay’s commitment to financial education and long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, present financial solutions clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to learn and explain investment, insurance, or advisory offerings to clients.
- Customer service orientation, including active listening, problem-solving, and responsiveness to client inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or sales is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
