Sales Executive — EV Charging Infrastructure (Bangalore)

About VoltEdge
VoltEdge Energy Services installs and operates EV chargers in apartment complex parking areas at zero cost to society. We handle all hardware, installation, BESCOM connection, maintenance, and billing. The society earns a share of charging revenue every month without investing a single rupee. We are looking for a driven sales executive to identify high-potential apartment complexes across Bangalore and close partnerships with their RWAs.
What You'll Do
- Visit apartment complexes across Bangalore to identify societies with high EV car adoption
- Survey parking areas, count EV vehicles, assess electrical infrastructure, and parking layout
- Build relationships with facility managers, society managers, and RWA committee members
- Pitch VoltEdge's zero-cost EV charging solution to RWA committees
- Handle objections around safety, electricity costs, and maintenance
- Follow up with societies through the decision-making process until contract signing
- Maintain a pipeline tracker of all societies at various stages
- Coordinate with the installation team once a deal is closed
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of field sales experience selling to apartments, housing societies, or commercial buildings
- Previous experience in building services: AMC contracts, security systems, fire safety, lifts, generators, water purifiers, pest control, CCTV, or similar
- Comfortable walking into an RWA office, asking for the president, and pitching
- Own a two-wheeler for commuting across Bangalore
- Fluent in Kannada and English. Hindi is a plus
- Based in Bangalore
Bonus if you have
- Existing relationships with facility managers or RWA members across Bangalore apartments
- Experience selling to Prestige, Brigade, Sobha, Puravankara, or Salarpuria societies
- Basic understanding of EV vehicles or electrical infrastructure
